About us

Born from aviation. Inspired by our love for animals.

At Jet & Tails, we believe that pets are family — and family deserves to travel together.

Founded in Dubai by two friends, Dominika and Monika, Jet & Tails was born from a shared passion for aviation, a deep love for animals, and one simple belief: travelling the world should never mean leaving a family member behind.

Together, we bring nearly 20 years of experience in the aviation industry, combining our professional knowledge with a personal understanding of what it means to travel with the ones you love.

Dominika, Co-Founder of Jet & Tails

Dominika | Co-Founder

With over 13 years of experience in aviation, Dominika has built her career across commercial airlines and private aviation, working as a VIP Flight Attendant aboard some of the world’s most exclusive private jets.

Her experience has given her a deep understanding of luxury travel, personalised service, and the importance of making every journey exceptional.

Beyond aviation, Dominika has always had a special connection with animals. Having grown up surrounded by pets and volunteered at an animal shelter in the UAE, animal welfare has always been close to her heart.

Monika, Co-Founder of Jet & Tails

Monika | Co-Founder

With six years of aviation experience, Monika brings her industry knowledge, dedication to customer service, and passion for creating memorable travel experiences.

As a devoted pet owner to a Golden Retriever and three cats, she understands firsthand the emotional and practical challenges of travelling internationally with animals.

Her love for animals and experience in aviation became the perfect foundation for creating something meaningful alongside Dominika.

Why we created Jet & Tails

Our story began with one question:

Why should travelling the world mean being separated from a member of your family?

For many pet owners, international travel means difficult decisions, complicated arrangements, and the worry of placing their beloved animals in an aircraft’s cargo hold.

We believed there should be another way. A way where pets could remain close to their owners, travelling together in the comfort of a private aircraft cabin.

By combining our aviation expertise with our passion for animal welfare, we created Jet & Tails — a Dubai-based company specialising in coordinating pet-friendly private charter journeys.

We also understand that travelling with animals requires careful preparation. Both founders have completed Pet First Aid and CPR training, reflecting our commitment to responsible pet travel.

Our mission

Our mission is to make international travel with pets more comfortable, personal, and accessible.

Through carefully coordinated private charter solutions, including shared private flights, we aim to connect pet owners travelling along similar routes while offering a premium travel experience.

From initial travel arrangements to coordinating pet documentation and flight services, we strive to make every journey as seamless as possible.

Because we believe that the best journeys are the ones we share with those we love.

Welcome to Jet & Tails. 🐾✈️
