About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Jet and Tails DWC-LLC ("Jet & Tails"), a limited liability company registered in the Dubai South Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the website you agree to them.

Enquiries are not bookings

Submitting a charter request does not create a booking or a contract. Availability, pricing and the conditions of any journey are confirmed separately in writing. A booking is only made once you accept a written quote and its terms.

Our role and aircraft operators

Jet & Tails arranges private charter journeys and coordinates pet travel requirements. Flights are operated by independent, licensed aircraft operators, who hold operational control of each flight. The operator for your journey will be named in your quote.

Pet travel requirements

Entry rules for pets differ by country and can change. We help you understand and prepare the required documents, but owners remain responsible for their pets' health, vaccinations and compliance with destination requirements. Some breeds, sizes or health conditions may not be accepted on certain aircraft or routes.

Website content

The content, photographs, logos and design of this website belong to Jet & Tails or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written consent. Information on the website is provided in good faith but may change without notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, together with the rules and regulations in force in the Dubai South Free Zone. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
