Who we are

Jet and Tails DWC-LLC ("Jet & Tails", "we", "us") is a limited liability company registered in the Dubai South Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under the Dubai South Companies Regulations 2025. We coordinate pet-friendly private charter journeys and are responsible for the personal data collected through this website.

What we collect

  • Charter requests: your name, email, optional phone or WhatsApp number, departure and destination, preferred travel date, number of pets and any details you share about your pets and requirements.
  • Technical data: a one-way hashed version of your IP address, used only to prevent spam and abuse. We do not store your raw IP address with your request.

We do not ask for pet health records or travel documents through this website. These are exchanged by email after your enquiry, only as needed to arrange your journey.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange your journey, with your consent and to take steps you request before entering into a contract.
  • To coordinate shared private flights with other pet owners travelling on similar routes, where you have asked us to. We only share what is needed, and never your contact details without your agreement.
  • To keep the website secure and prevent misuse.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

To arrange a journey we may share relevant details with licensed aircraft operators, ground handling and transfer providers, and veterinary or government bodies involved in pet travel at your destination. We also use service providers to run this website, its database and email delivery. Some of these providers may process data outside the UAE, with appropriate safeguards in place.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting booking, and for up to 24 months afterwards unless a longer period is required by law or by the regulations of the Dubai South Free Zone. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, withdraw your consent, and request a copy of it. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email address shown on this website.
